Custom nodes also support built-in documentation: extension developers can add guidance by following the developer guide, ensuring users can utilize their nodes with ease.

With help just a click away, users spend less time guessing and more time creating—every node’s purpose and functionality is now transparent.

This feature aims to lower the learning curve for ComfyUI, especially for those new to workflow design.

Documentation for core nodes is open-source, and contributions or improvements are encouraged via the documentation repository. The feature is currently available in the latest frontend nightly build, and feedback is welcome through GitHub or official channels.
